Analytics & Tracking Agency — Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad & Delhi-NCR

GA4 & GTMServer-sideAttribution

Decisions need numbers nobody argues about

Almost every growth argument we get pulled into isn't really about strategy — it's about which dashboard to trust when two platforms disagree on the same conversion. iOS privacy changes and browser-side tracking loss have made that worse, not better, over the last few years. Server-side events, a properly modeled GA4 setup, and one attribution model everyone in the room agrees on fix the actual problem: not more data, but data nobody has to argue about before a budget decision can get made.

What's included

GA4 and GTM: a tagging setup built around your real conversion events, not the default e-commerce template pasted in and left half-configured, which is what we find in most audits. Server-side tracking: events sent through a server container rather than relying entirely on a browser that may be blocking a third of your pixels before they ever fire — this alone typically recovers a meaningful share of conversions that ad platforms were never seeing. Attribution: a model that reconciles what the platforms report against what actually happened in your CRM or order system, so the number your team optimizes toward is the number that's real.

Set up once, checked across four cities

We build and audit tracking for teams across Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Delhi-NCR, working from our base in Bengaluru. The work itself is almost entirely remote — screen-shares, staging containers, and a shared testing checklist — with in-person sessions available in any of the four cities when a launch needs sign-off from engineering or finance in the room. Once it's live, we don't just hand over a dashboard and disappear: tracking gets checked as part of the same weekly cadence as media buying and SEO, so a broken pixel gets caught in days, not discovered three months later in a quarterly review.

Why this sits underneath everything else

Analytics and tracking is the one lever on our list that doesn't generate demand on its own — it's what makes every other lever's numbers trustworthy. A media buying team optimizing against broken attribution is optimizing against noise; an SEO program measured on the wrong conversion event will get killed for underperforming when it isn't. That's why we build the tracking layer early in an engagement, typically in the same window as the initial diagnosis, rather than treating it as an add-on once something looks off in the numbers.

Where this fits against Sprint and Engine

Tracking work is scoped into every engagement type, not sold as a bolt-on: a Sprint rebuilds it alongside the audit and landing system, and Engine keeps checking it every week alongside media buying and SEO rather than auditing it once a quarter after something has already gone quietly wrong. If tracking is genuinely the only thing broken, it can also be scoped as a standalone project — a focused rebuild without committing to an ongoing retainer.

Common questions

We already have GA4 installed — do we still need this?

Installed and configured correctly aren't the same thing. Most audits we run find events firing that don't map to a real business outcome, or major conversions missing entirely. We'll audit what's live before recommending a rebuild.

What does "server-side" actually get us?

Typically a meaningful recovery in tracked conversions that browser-based tracking alone was missing — the exact percentage depends on your traffic mix and browser split, which is part of what the initial audit tells us.

Does your CFO actually need to look at this?

That's the goal — a dashboard built around contribution margin and real conversion events, not platform-native metrics, is meant to be something finance trusts without a marketing team translating it for them first.
