Privacy Policy

SKWD Consulting (“SKWD”, “we”, “us”) runs this website at skwdconsulting.com. This page explains what we collect when you use it, why, and what happens to it. It applies to this website only — not to work we do inside a client's own accounts once an engagement starts, which is covered by that engagement's agreement.

What we collect

The only information this site collects is what you type into the contact form at the bottom of the homepage: your name, work email, a selection for monthly ad spend, and whatever you write in the “what's stuck” field. The form also sends the page you submitted from and the time it took you to fill it in — routine technical detail we use to catch spam, not to profile you.

We do not run analytics or advertising pixels on this site. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot-detection widget, to keep spam out of our inbox — it runs only when you submit the form and isn't used to track you elsewhere. If we add analytics to understand traffic, we'll update this page before we do it.

What we do with it

Submitting the form sends your details to a Google Sheet held in our Google Drive, and triggers a notification email to our sales inbox. We use this solely to follow up about the strategy call you asked for. We don't sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising, and we don't add you to a mailing list from a form submission alone.

Who else sees it

Google, as the infrastructure behind Google Sheets, Google Apps Script and Gmail, processes this data on our behalf to store and deliver it. Cloudflare, via the Turnstile widget mentioned above, verifies your submission isn't automated; it does not receive what you typed into the form. We don't otherwise share what you submit with third parties, except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Submissions stay in our Sheet until we've followed up and the conversation has run its course, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever is longer. If you become a client, information relevant to the engagement moves into the systems that engagement uses and is governed by its own agreement instead.

Your choices

Email sales@skwdconsulting.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We'll act on a deletion request unless we have a legitimate reason to keep the record — an open contract or a legal obligation, for instance — and we'll tell you if that's the case.

Children

This site is meant for businesses evaluating our services. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect or why, we'll update this page and move the date at the top. Material changes — anything that changes how we use data you've already given us — we'll flag more prominently.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from it falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
