Refund Policy

All fees paid to SKWD Consulting for a Sprint, Engine or Partner engagement are final. We don't offer refunds for services already rendered, in progress, or scoped and scheduled, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Why

The Engagement section of this site says it plainly: everything we do is scoped to a diagnosis, not sold off a shelf. By the time work starts, we've committed strategist time, media budget, or creative production against your engagement specifically — there's no unsold inventory to hand back.

Sprint

Sprint is a fixed six-week, fixed-scope engagement. Once work has commenced, fees are non-refundable, whether or not you use every deliverable.

Engine

Engine is billed monthly. Cancelling stops future billing — it doesn't refund the current billing cycle, and it doesn't waive the minimum commitment set out in your scope of work. Media spend already placed with a platform (Meta, Google, YouTube) on your behalf is not recoverable once it has run.

Partner

Partner engagements are governed by their individual agreement, which sets out its own payment and cancellation terms; where that agreement is silent, this policy applies.

Where the law says otherwise

Nothing in this policy overrides a refund, cancellation or cooling-off right that applicable consumer protection law gives you and that can't be waived by agreement. Where such a right applies, it applies regardless of what's written above.

If something's gone wrong

This policy is about cancellations of convenience, not disputes about the work itself. If you think we've materially failed to deliver what was scoped, tell us — email sales@skwdconsulting.com and we'll look at it directly rather than hide behind this page.
